Download Pension Files

For pension schemes set up with Royal London, True Potential, or 'Other' providers via PensionSync, automatic data delivery is not possible due to the absence of a direct API.

To facilitate pension contributions, a "Download Pension Files" button has been added within finalised pay runs. This is accessible once users have submitted to PensionSync. This button provides a direct link to the necessary reports for manual upload to pension providers and will open up a zip file containing the reports.
