Ability to configure up to 8 weeks of Custom Work Hours
(Available now)

What's changing

Custom Work Hours (Advanced Standard work hours) can now be configured for up to 8 weeks, expanded from the previous 2-week limit. All existing one and two-week patterns will continue to work and can be extended using this new functionality.

Key advantages

This expanded timeframe allows work patterns to accurately reflect full work cycles and comply with Award or Enterprise Agreement provisions that average hours over longer periods. The result is more accurate overtime, leave, and pay calculations with fewer manual adjustments needed. It also provides better visibility into work patterns, making workforce planning more efficient and reducing administrative workload.

Why is this useful?

This extension is particularly valuable for businesses with fly in/fly out or rotational workforces, where work cycles often span multiple weeks. With rotations like "3 weeks on, 1 week off" or "4 weeks on, 4 weeks off," the previous 2-week limit meant these full cycles couldn't be configured, requiring workarounds or manual adjustments.
