We will be releasing an update to the Fast Food Industry Award (MA000003) and Restaurant Industry Award (MA000119) on Wednesday, 29 January 2025 to address issues with pay categories and tags for Sunday work.
This update addresses issues with pay categories and tags for Sunday work, specifically when employees work at a higher classification level. One of two options must be selected based on the needs of the business.
