Unlock Unprocessed Back Pay Records

Employment Hero has introduced a new feature to help users unlock unprocessed back pay records when adjustments are needed.

Users can now unlock back pay records that are complete but have at least one employee's back pay not yet applied in a pay run. Here’s what can be edited in an unlocked back pay record:

• Delete the employee's back pay.
• Override the pay rate or total lump sum.
• Change the effective date and recalculate the back pay.
