Users can now configure their platform to automatically pay rolled-up holiday pay to their irregular-hour workers. This simplifies leave management and ensures employees receive their entitled compensation.
Admins can now record HMRC advance funding directly at the employee level when setting up statutory leave (e.g. SMP). If advance funding from HMRC has been received, simply enter the amount when adding the statutory leave for an employee.
For pension schemes set up with Royal London, True Potential, or 'Other' providers via PensionSync, automatic data delivery is not possible due to the absence of a direct API.
