When an employee takes leave, the RDP rate and OWP agreed rate will use the employee’s hourly rate and will include any other payments, e.g. regular allowances.
Now, when configuring additional earnings within an employee's pay run inclusions, the system allows including the allowance in the RDP or OWP agreed rate calculations. It also permits a reduction of the allowance for the leave portion.
