Introducing Bank Account Validation for NZ PR API

We’re introducing bank account validation for NZ PR API. If a submitted bank account fails validation, it may indicate the account details are incorrect.

The validation occurs when an employee adds their bank account in ESS and the name of the API endpoints are:

• PUT http:///api/v2/ess/employeeId/bankaccounts/id
• POST http:///api/v2/ess/employeeId/bankaccounts

The feature is scheduled to go live on 22nd May 2025 and will be available to Payroll-only customers.
