We are releasing a new support widget to the Partner Dashboard that will streamline the support experience with quicker assistance and smoother interactions.

From 1 December 2023, you will no longer be able to raise a support ticket by sending an email to our support team.

The available methods to raise a support ticket will be:

  • The new support widget in the Partner Dashboard
  • Directly from the Help Centre
