Employer Liability Dimensions

To streamline payroll processing across your clients' accounts, reporting Dimensions no longer need to be manually assigned each time an employee with an Employer Liability is included in a pay run. The system now automatically inherits reporting Dimensions directly from the employee’s pay run defaults.

This update reduces manual configuration overhead, minimises data entry errors, and ensures consistent cost allocation across client reports.

Operational Summary:

• Automated Workflow: Applies to all Employer Liabilities upon entry into a pay run, pulling directly from established default settings.
  
  
• Overrides Supported: Operational flexibility is retained, assigned Dimensions remain fully editable within the pay run prior to finalisation.
  
  
• Action Required: None. This logic is active across all managed payroll instances by default.
