Important Update: Changes to Our Terms & Conditions

We’re updating our Platform Terms & Conditions. If your clients operate under our standard terms, please communicate these changes to them. These changes will take effect from 24 March 2025.

Here’s a quick summary of the key updates:

  • Clearer Platform Rules – We've refined our platform rules under clause 12 to make it easier to understand how our platform should be used.
  • Broader Financial Protection - We’ve expanded the exclusions and limits to the customer’s potential liability to ensure broader financial protection as they use our platform.
  • AI-Powered Services – We’re identifying ways AI can enhance the product experience with terms that outline the AI Services available to you and your clients when using our platform.
  • Local Governing Laws – For our clients in the United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Canada, we’ve updated our governing law and jurisdiction provisions so that the local laws apply.

Please note, if you have custom terms and conditions in place, there is no action required.
