Harmonizing Singapore Pay run calculations actions function with global product design

After thorough analysis, we've decided to streamline our processes in the Singapore region by removing the "Recalculate CPF" action button. This change aims to reduce confusion and align the product design across all regions. Starting from early June 2024, the "Recalculate CPF" button will be hidden within pay runs. If you need to recalculate the pay run or employee record, simply proceed to click on Actions > "Recalculate" button.
