Forced Password Reset on Web and Employment Hero Work App

If a security incident is identified, a user's account may be required to have their password reset.

Users who are required to reset their password will be prompted to do so upon their next login on either the web platform or the Employment Hero Work App. This will then take them through the same process as the “Forgot my password” option on login.
