We have recently introduced two new enhancements to our back pay functionality. These are:
- Export file includes detailed breakdown - The back pay record export now includes a detailed breakdown of how the lump sum amount was derived by the system.
- Leave loading calculated in back pay - Effective from 5 March 2025, any back pay record created and/or existing unlocked back pay record (pending a refresh), will also calculate leave loading in the instance where an employee is owed back pay for leave taken where such leave also included payment of leave loading.
