Employee Self Setup Enhancements

As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing the employee onboarding experience, we are improving the employee superannuation setup for all businesses. This enhancement will streamline the onboarding process and support superannuation compliance for employers.

Employees onboarding via Employee Self Setup will be able to select from the following easily:

  • Existing APRA Funds
  • Super Choice Funds
  • Self Managed Super fund (SMSF)
  • Employer-nominated default fund (where the business has correctly set up a default)

One key requirement is allowing employees to choose their own super fund. The superannuation setup experience is designed to do just this, providing employees with an easy to use process to choose their own fund.

Empower employees to make the best super choice for them in line with the choice of fund obligations for employers. Our superannuation setup experience also streamlines super nominations by delivering information directly to some super funds during onboarding.

Secure Info Handling

No more worrying about sensitive data being sent over email. Employees can securely submit their super info right into the system.
