Download Leave Payments as Excel Files

We have added new functionality to the leave rate context panel where the user can choose to download the calculation in Excel format. By doing so, the user can view the breakdown of all the gross earnings, categorized by period end date, that contribute to the Annual Earnings used in the calculations.

The downloaded Excel file displays Historical Gross Earnings, as well as the HGE separate and pay run earnings. Additionally, the days for each period are shown, as they are necessary for the ADP (Average Daily Pay) calculations. By providing this detailed breakdown and allowing users to download the calculation in a clear format, the feature enhances transparency and enables users to understand how the system arrives at the gross earnings figure.
