CPF Electronic Filing via APEX API

The Singapore government is enhancing and consolidating its digital services for Central Provident Fund (CPF) reporting under the One-Stop Payroll scheme. Employment Hero is introducing electronic filing to align with updated CPF submission standards, ensuring compliance and enhancing the payroll experience for Singapore businesses.

Notably, admins no longer need to log in to the CPF portal to upload payment files and process payments for CPF contributions. With this new feature, users can access the payroll platform to complete all necessary payments seamlessly.

Payment modes for CPF submissions are:

• Direct Debit (GIRO Debit)
• MEPs (MAS Electronic Payment System)
• PayNow (Scan a digital QR and pay)

In addition, due to certification and validation requirements from CPFBoard, users can now file and pay CPF late interest payments.
