We have now enhanced our automated calculations for weekly pay runs, ensuring that Self-Help Group (SHG) contributions are calculated within the designated range while still adhering to the monthly tiered setup to ascertain the payment amount for each weekly run. This enhancement seamlessly accommodates multiple weekly pay runs within a month.
Similarly for SDL, the earnings within the weekly pay run will be reflecting the optimised calculated values of 0.25% applied with the max cap of $11.25 per employee and will be working with multiple weekly pay runs within a month. Both SDL & SHG will take pay run end period as the main indicative month for SHG & SDL contributions.
