Additional public holiday for Hari Raya Aidilfitri

Following the recent government announcement, we added a new public holiday for 21 April 2023. Please ensure to make proper adjustments for the April pay run if employees apply for leave or work on 21 April 2023.

If there are approved leave requests spanning over the new public holiday, you can make adjustments by following one of the below steps:

• If the leave request is not yet included in a finalised payrun, refer to the section 'Editing Leave Request' in this article and reduce the number of leave days by one day.
• If the leave request is included in a finalised payrun, refer to this article to credit the employee’s leave balance with one day in your following pay run.
