We’ve identified an incident that is preventing successful submissions of payday employment information and employee details filings. Affected filings are remaining in a “queued” status instead of progressing as expected. Our team has begun to implement a fix for this situation.

How to support clients:


While we continue to resolve the root cause, clients can still submit their filings manually. Here’s how:

  1. Go to IRD settings in the Payroll platform.
  2. Switch the submission method from Gateway to Manual.
  3. Download the CSV file.
  4. Manually upload the file through myIR.


This workaround will allow businesses to meet their IRD obligations without delay. If you require additional support in the meantime, please raise a support ticket via the Partner Dashboard or the Partner Help Centre.
