We are currently experiencing an issue affecting superannuation batch creation through HeroClear. Following the transition to the new Superstream data format, some super funds are not yet ready to accept the updated contribution format. We have enabled maintenance mode to pause HeroClear batch creation while we implement an urgent fix.
