Update to Fixed Pay Categories

In response to a small number of recurring issues relating to fixed pay categories, we have released a small change which effectively ‘locks’ fixed pay categories from being able to be changed to any other unit (eg hourly/annually/daily/monthly). This means, that when creating a new pay category users can select it to be ‘Fixed’, and if so, it cannot be changed to anything else.

All other types of pay categories (hourly/annually etc.) will continue to be editable, with the exception that they cannot be changed to ‘Fixed’ after they have been created. No other changes have been made to any related pay category settings.
