We’re updating the Employment Hero Mobile App to support the generation and use of Recovery Codes, bringing the mobile experience to full parity with the web platform.
What’s New?
- When a user enables 2FA within the mobile app, a unique recovery code is now automatically generated. Users will be prompted to save this code immediately to ensure they have a backup.
- Users can now enter their recovery code directly in the app to verify their identity if they lose access to their SMS or Authenticator App.
