Under the Recognised Seasonal Employer (RSE) Scheme, RSE Workers are now entitled to 2 days sick leave from the day they start work, and an additional 2 days each month until they reach their 10-day entitlement on their 4-month anniversary - this feature accommodates the accrual of sick leave on a monthly basis.
