We’ve made setting up payroll much faster by introducing a centralized Imports section. This new feature replaces manual data entry with a simple, bulk-upload process.
What’s New?
- More Import Options: You can now bulk-upload Business Settings alongside Pay Run Settings. This includes details for HMRC and pensions.
- Smart Mapping: Our new integration with FlatFile automatically detects your spreadsheet columns. You can simply drag and drop your headings to match our system fields.
- Instant Error Checks: The system now checks for mistakes as you upload. If information is missing or formatted incorrectly, you can fix it right then and there before submitting.
- Custom Templates: You can export templates for Pay Run or Business Settings. These now automatically include the exact headings you need for the category you are importing.
