Managing payroll across multiple client businesses means a lot of routine admin, and until now, many of those actions required raising a support ticket and waiting for someone to action it on your behalf. That changes with our first release of special tools intended to help you manage your support workload without requiring help from Employment Hero's support team.
You can now perform the following directly from the Partner Dashboard:
1. Impersonate a User
Log in as one of your customer's users to see exactly what they see and investigate issues first-hand. Available from the User Access tab at the business level, or the Admin Access tab at the brand level. A confirmation prompt shows your daily usage count, and every session is automatically logged for audit purposes.

2. Brand Events
Search system activity across all your customer businesses in one place. Filter by event type, business, and date range to find out what happened and when. Results can be exported to Excel.

3. Stuck Jobs - Reset Stuck Pay Runs
If a pay run gets stuck during processing, you can now reset it directly from the Partner Dashboard. This is not guaranteed to resolve a stuck pay run, but it is a good first thing to try before contacting Employment Hero support.

4. Stuck Jobs - Reset Stuck Awards (AU)
For your Australian client businesses, you can also reset awards stuck in processing. This is not guaranteed to resolve the issue, but it is a good first thing to try before contacting Employment Hero support. The Awards tab appears only for AU businesses.

5. Timesheet Override
Correct “Approved” to “Processed” timesheet status mismatches for a client's business. Filter by status, date range, or employee name, then update statuses individually or in bulk. Every change is logged automatically as a system event.

These features are available globally. However, awards reset is for AU only. All partner-initiated actions are automatically recorded as system events in the Partner Dashboard events tab, giving you and your clients a full audit trail.
