We’re introducing a new approval process to the HR platform that ensures superannuation details are accurate and supports compliance with Payday Super. There is no change to the payroll platform at this time.
Currently, employers can update an employee’s superannuation details within the employee profile screen in the HR platform without the employee’s validation. This can create compliance risks, as employees must approve any changes to their super account information.
What’s changing:
This change ensures compliance requirements are met and protects the integrity of employee superannuation information and mitigates potentially fraudulent behaviours.
