Improvements to CP8A form management

Several updates have been made to CP8A form management. These are:

1. The ability to regenerate CP8A forms regardless of status

Admins can now regenerate CP8A forms without needing to unpublish them first, allowing updates in any status - Draft, Published, or Published and Notified.

2. New status filter

A Status filter has been added to support bulk actions across specific groups of employees. Available filter options include:

• All
• Draft
• Published
• Published and Notified

3. Checkbox for employee selection

Admins can now select multiple employees using checkboxes next to each name and apply bulk actions to the selected group. Available actions include:

• Unpublish
• Regenerate
• Publish
• Notify

These enhancements significantly improve efficiency and accuracy in managing CP8A forms.
