Improved Reset Password Experience on the Mobile App

We’ve updated the terminology in our Mobile App's "Reset Password" flow to make it easier for users to find the right path.

What’s changed:

  • We have replaced the options “Employment Hero” and “Workzone” with “HR Platform” and “Payroll Platform.” This ensures users can easily identify which option is linked to their payroll details.
  • For users who only have an account on a single platform, we’ve removed the selection step entirely. They will now be automatically directed to the correct flow, creating a seamless, one-click experience.

Why we made this change: Previously, users often struggled to distinguish between the two platforms by name alone. These updates reduce login confusion and minimise the risk of users entering the wrong workflow.
