We’ve updated the terminology in our Mobile App's "Reset Password" flow to make it easier for users to find the right path.
What’s changed:
- We have replaced the options “Employment Hero” and “Workzone” with “HR Platform” and “Payroll Platform.” This ensures users can easily identify which option is linked to their payroll details.
- For users who only have an account on a single platform, we’ve removed the selection step entirely. They will now be automatically directed to the correct flow, creating a seamless, one-click experience.
Why we made this change: Previously, users often struggled to distinguish between the two platforms by name alone. These updates reduce login confusion and minimise the risk of users entering the wrong workflow.
