Payroll administrators can now run a dedicated report to view all HeroClear contribution errors and warnings for any selected period, directly from the Reports menu.
Previously, errors returned by HeroClear on submitted super batches could only be found by opening each batch individually. There was no consolidated view, which meant errors could go unnoticed and employee super contributions could be delayed or left unresolved.
The new HeroClear Contribution Error Report lets administrators filter by date range, employing entity, and error type to see a complete list of contribution errors in one place.
Each row shows:
-The affected employee
-Their super fund
-The error code
-The batch it came from
-The contribution amount, and whether a correction batch has already been raised.
Clicking any row expands it to show an error description, the recommended action, and the date the error was received from HeroClear. Results can be exported in Excel, CSV or PDF formats for compliance records.
