Financial Year End Tax Submission for Tax Agents Under "Client e-Service Group" to Postpone Submissions

Please be advised that the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) is requesting tax agents using electronic filing under the "Client e-Service Group" to postpone submissions due to technical issues on their side. IRAS is collaborating with GovTech to resolve the issue by mid-January 2025. We will provide an update when IRAS has confirmed that these submissions should go ahead.

Please note that the following user groups, which account for the majority of AIS submissions, are not affected and should proceed with tax filing after the 6th of January 2025 and before the 1st of March 2025:

• Users authorised by "Assigned e-services" (i.e. staff authorised directly by employers and submitting for employers).
• Tax agents authorised via "Assigned Client e-Service" on Corppass.
