Enhanced cost transparency in Roster vs. Timesheet report

We’ve updated the Roster vs. Timesheet report to provide deeper visibility into your labour costs.
Previously, the report presented a "blended" total that combined base costs and rule-set top-ups. This lack of granularity often required manual calculations to isolate specific cost drivers.

What’s new:

  • On-Demand breakdown: You can now hover over any cost figure in the report view to instantly see the split between base costs and top-up costs.
  • Expanded export capabilities: To support more detailed analysis, we’ve added dedicated columns for base and top-up costs to all exports for this report.

These enhancements eliminate the need for manual data manipulation, allowing you to reconcile variances and understand your cost structure at a glance.

This change reduces the administrative burden and manual work required for UK businesses managing multiple entities. By allowing direct account mapping at the scheme level, we ensure that payroll journals match the business’s external accounting structure automatically upon export.
