Duration of hours worked without a break pay condition added

A new pay condition has been added that accesses the duration of hours worked without a break. This evaluates the whole shift if there are no breaks taken, and the portion worked before or after a meal break to determine whether an employee has worked in excess of the specified duration without a break.
