Bulk Import Employees via Employee Self Setup (ESS)

Employee Self Setup (ESS) lets employers manage the onboarding process from start to finish quickly and seamlessly. Since this feature was released some time ago, it has remained extremely useful. However, up until now, ESS could only onboard individual employees. This limitation adds a time burden when having to onboard large groups of employees.

Introducing the “Import Self Setup Employees” feature, the latest improvement to ESS. This functionality will support the bulk import of employees who will be onboarded via ESS. A file template can be exported from the platform and filled out to include the details of the new employees. When this completed file is imported to the platform, employees will follow the same easy onboarding process as ‌it is today.
